Bonnet cleaning is mostly used in commercial buildings with shallow carpets. Chemical powder is rubbed into the carpet, pulling up the dust, dirt, and other particles in your carpets. The specialized vacuum has pads of cleaner that kills bacteria. 

Encapsulation Cleaning 

Encapsulation uses a special polymer to crystalize dirt, germs, and dust that is in your carpet. The power vacuum then cleans up the rest, leaving you with a clean carpet that is completely dry.
